Last week the first images of the upcoming refresh of the Sony Xperia Z1 the Z2 leaked, but now xperia related blog Xperiablog has leaked the official specs of the upcoming device which is expected to get revealed at the MWC 2014 at Barcelona during the 24th to 27th of February (Which AmongTech will attend). Here is the full list of specs:

- 3GB of RAM
- 20.7Mexapixel rear camera and 2.1Megapixel front camera
- Android Kit Kat 4.4.2
- Qualcomm MSM8974AB chipset
- 2.3GHz quad-core processor
- Adreno 330 graphics
