So.cl is finally getting a mobile app for the 3 biggest mobile Operation systems Android, iOS and Windows Phone. So.cl is owned by Microsoft and first launched back in 2011, it has previously only been available on your web browser but it seems like it is now also going to be available as an App.
So.cl is a combination of Facebook, twitter and pinterest primarily focused on sharing images and videos by creating a “collage” about a specific topic of interest. The app features the following features as listed on the App page on the App Store
