Google released Android 5.0.1 for the Nexus 7, 9 and 10 a couple of weeks ago and has just pushed out 5.0.1 (version number LRX22C) for the Nexus 4 and Nexus 6.
The update has already hit Google’s factory image page but if you want to install Android 5.0.1 on the Nexus 6 without wiping all of your data, you can Android 5.0.1 OTA Download and upgrade immediately.

Android 5.0.1 Changelog
As far as changes made in 5.0.1 they mainly address bugs. We are still looking into what changes have been made in 5.0.1 for the Nexus 4 and Nexus 6 but on the Nexus 7,9 and 10 update contains mainly bug fixes and provides an overall smoother user experience, no new features.
