Huawei teases new Tablet and Smartphone in funny Apple parody video

At this year’s MWC 2014 Samsung is expected to reveal its new flagship smartphone the Galaxy S5 , the Galaxy Gear 2 and its Tizen OS but Samsung is not the only manufacturer that will introduce some new handsets

The funny teaser video from revealed by Huawei taunts both Apple and Samsung in the process, asking if the devices shown in the video are ““Fruit or Somesung” (Apple or Samsung) and the video is narrated by a Siri-like voice.

The devices shown in the video are rumored to be the MediaPad X1 7.0, MediaPad M1 8.0 and the Huawei Ascend D3 smartphone. The MediaPad X1 can be considered the high-end tablet of the two as it will feautre a 7inch display, 1,920 x 1,200 pixels resolution screen, 2 GB RAM and a Quadcore CPU based on ARM’s Cortex-A9 architecture clocked at 1.6 GHz. The MediaPad M1 will feature a slightly larger display at 8.0inches it will also be running a ARM Cortex A9 quad-core processor running at 1.6Ghz, a slightly lower resolution 1280×800 and run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The Smartphone revealed in the video is the Ascend D3 of which little is know as of now, however rumors claim that it will feature an Octa core CPU and 16MP rear camera. Here is the video:
