We have already made several guides on how to install ported Android L versions on the HTC One, Android L for the Nexus 4 and how to install ported version of Android L for the Nexus 7 2012. It seems like the next lucky device to get an unofficial port of Android L is the LG Optimus G.
It came a bit as a surprise as the device isn’t as popular as other Samsung or LG smartphones but non the less the port works quiet well with little issues in comparison to the issues other devices have had. The problems that the ported ROM has are the following: (source)
- Camera is a bit buggy
- NFC doesn’t work
- Overheating issue
- Slow charging

- Device Force close issue: Use a file manager app to rename /system/app/OmaDmclient.apk to OmaDmclient.apk.bak
- For those who use Sprint service: If you are using Sprint you might experience some problems, in this case we recommend you download Release 3 and add the carrier manually to the device
