Foxconn hiring employees to start manufacturing the iPhone 5S, according to Chinese Business news it is rumoured that Foxconn wants to start manufacturing the new iPhone 5S and possibly a Budget iPhone starting at $99.

Foxconn is looking for more employees for its Zhengzhou plant in China where over 210.000 employees work, which is significantly less then in 2012 where over 310.000 employees worked at the plant.
Apple‘s new iPhone 5S is rumoured to be announced during the September, 2013 keynote and will most likely feature a 13 MP camera, a LED flash and a dark Flash to create the optimal amount of lighting to take a picture with and the new A7 quad-core processor.
