Tim Cook has confirmed to an Apple Store employee in the Kurfürstendamm Apple Store that its new Apple Watch of which we previously reported wasn’t waterproof will be “showerproof” French Apple website iGen reports.
According to the Employee, Tim has told him that he wears its Apple Watch all day “even in the shower” but that he does leave it to charge every night, confirming the full day of use battery life that the device was reported to get.
Apple has mentioned that the Apple Watch is water resistant claiming it the S1 innards are “completely encapsulated in resin” but as of now we had didn’t fully understand how water resistant the device really is. Apple is expected to launch the Apple Watch sometime this March.
