Android 5.1.1 LMY47V has already started rolling out on the Nexus Player and the OTA soon expected to start hitting the Nexus devices. With many developers still not having upgraded some of their devices to Android 5.1 Lollipop it is a mystery what devices will be upgraded to Android 5.1.1 as the update contains mainly bug fixes.
Previously Google already confirmed that Android 5.1.1 would arrive on the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 9 sometime this week, make sure to download the Android 5.1.1 OTA.

As of now no official release date for Android 5.1.1 LMY47V has been given but we expect the update to start rolling out soon as Google has already released Android 5.1.1 for its Nexus Player, which can be downloaded from the official Factory Images page here
