With Android L Google also introduced Material Design the new visual look for Android. The interface is what Google calls a “unifying theory of a rationalized space and a system of motion” and features some mayor changes over the old Android Kit Kat design most of us have grown accustomed to use.
Android L is currently in beta so developers can redesign and make some changes to their app so it will look great on Google’s new OS. This also means that Google’s own apps will have to be redesigned. The company has already released its Chrome web browser app and Google Plus app with the new Material design look and now the first leaked images of what appears to be the new Google Now app Material Design
The image got shared on Twitter (the tweet has been deleted since) by Michael Oherlihy who according to its twitter bio is a Full Time Google employee. It is also unknown if the design shared on Twitter has gone through any changes over the past couple of weeks so the final product may look a little different from what we are seeing now.
