The custom Android version that currently comes pre-installed on the OnePlus One called Cyanogenmod 11S has been ported to the Nexus 5. Previously, the apps of the ROM were already ported but now the full ROM is available bringing several new features that are exclusive to the CM11S version, which is based on Android 4.4.4
How to install Cyanogenmod 11S On the Nexus 5
- Requirements: have an unlocked bootloader with a custom recovery installed
- Download and install the latest version of TWRP which can be done from here
- Download CyanogenMod 11S V1.1 here
- Place it in the memory of your Nexus 5
- Reboot your device into recovery mode
- Wipe the system and cache of the device
- Install the .zip
- Reboot your device
- Voila!
