As the first smartwatches with Android Wear start to become available, users are already trying hard to make their smartwatch look different from the rest. This isn’t a very easy task keeping in mind that Android wear is new and the amount of “faces” or skins you can use to watch the time is quiet limited (most of them look the same and are boring). So we have taken a look around and found 5 original user created Android Wear Watch faces worth checking out if you are looking for something new:
1. Se7en
The minimalist design, ease of use and the fact that you can edit it with any image editor makes this our number 1 WearFace. It is also available in a variety of color combinations and highly customizable. You can download it here
2. Chron
For those who are looking for a little bit more of a futuristic look (this one is specially cool on the Moto 360) might be interested in Chron a look inspired by the movie Tron that has a dim mode and is optimized for AMOLED screens. You can download it here
3. StarWatch
StarWatch will give your Android Wear smartwatch the Star Trek look of the computer interface on the Enterprise shown in Star Trek: TNG So if you are a real Star Trek fan, you can download it over here
4. Nexus
If you just love the Google color combination or are a huge Nexus fan the Nexus Android Wear Face will allow you to demonstrate your love for the brand as it gives you a simple yellow, green, red and blue circle telling the time. You can download it here

This one is one you either love or hate. Available in 4 languages English, German, French and Dutch the Text Watchface will tell you the time by highlighting different letters in a maze of words. You can customize the font size and the font style. Download it here
