The cloud service founded by internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom called MEGA will file for IPO in 2014 Kim confirms in a tweet.

The company Mega was founded after its predecessor Megaupload was shut down by the government which accused the company of harboring millions of copyrighted files. The company officially shut down January 19, 2012 but a year later 19 January 2013 Kim Dotcom was back with Mega

Mega has 1 mayor difference from its predecessor Megaupload as it encrypts its data on the servers Mega does not know the encryption keys to uploaded files, they cannot decrypt and view the content giving them no responsibility for the uploaded files to their servers.
