Twitter has just released an update for its Web version that drastically improves the search function on the popular social network, the company lets know through a tweet.
You can now search on Twitter (like you already could on Mobile) by News, Videos, based on location and People you follow. The landing page when making a search has also gone through some minor UI changes making it easier to oversee.
Another added feature is allowing you to “embed a search” which allows you to get the tweets of a certain topic and embed it into your website, this was possible before but it was harder to get the feed and you had to use third party tools to do so.
